Send me an email with all your wedding day details! We really love to get to know a little bit about who you are even before our phone call. And hopefully we have your date available so that we can get this thing started!

Let's Chat.

If we have your date open, I (Lauryn) will schedule a call, or a facetime conversation with you. If we feel like we're a good fit for one another, I'll email over a contract and an invoice for your booking fee. Once I have those two things your date is reserved and things are official!

This is also a good time to ask me for any referrals or vendors you are still needing help finding! I have a network of people who I am super happy to connect you with so that your wedding planning goes that much more smoothly.

Get Started

After that, we'll schedule an engagement session together and get to chatting about the timeline of your wedding day. I will also send you a thorough questionnaire a couple months prior to your wedding day so that we are on the same page and we'll have at least one more phone call to make sure nothing got missed. I am all about over-preparing for your wedding day! And then we all wait with anticipation for your special day!!!!! Yaaaay!

QUESTIONS & ANSWERS

Why do you love wedding photography!?

So many reasons! But primarily because I think it is such an important and special job. I love getting to be present at such an integral part of your lives.

Do you deliver High Resolution Images?

Yes, every wedding or session that I do includes beautifully-edited high-resolution images.

Do you travel for wedding days?!

Yes, absolutely! We love to visit and photograph all kinds of different locations. Depending on the location, we may have to charge a travel fee. Please email us to see if it's a good fit!

Does every package include two photographers!?

Yes, Bob and I photograph every wedding together. We think it is important to have two photographers at every wedding because we are able to capture different moments, different perspectives, and we both have our own different (but complimentary) artistic eye.

Will you create custom packages?

Definitely. If you don't see what you want in our typical package, we are always happy to make something that fits your specific needs.

Are prints and albums available?

Yes, while we do include all your edited high-resolution images in every package, we are also happy to print and create tactile prints for you. We believe it is important to walk away with something that shows off your images in a beautiful way which is why our top packages include prints/albums. Please don't be like us and wait three years to print your photos! Your photos deserve to be displayed in the real world as the art work they were made to be.
Questions & Answers

• Where are you located? It seems like you photograph weddings in different parts of the PNW.

I live and work predominately in Portland, OR and surrounding areas, but I frequently take trips to Idaho because that is where my family is located, so we do take weddings in Idaho at no extra travel cost. Yay for you! I’m always happy to travel nationally and internationally.

• We aren’t people who love having our photos taken. Is that okay?

Heck yeah it is! You’re totally not alone–most people don’t love having their photos taken, but we’ve got you covered! Our goal is to make you look your best for photos and to make our time together fun and upbeat!

• I see that you are a husband and wife team and that you photograph weddings together–tell me a little bit about that!

Yeah, we do! We love getting to photograph weddings together, and we find it is always wonderful to have two photographers at your wedding–that way you are getting two uniquely beautiful perspectives, and you basically have a built-in back-up photographer.

• How long do we have to wait before our photos arrive in our inbox!?

I know how much I hated to wait for my wedding photos, so I deliver my images as quickly as I possibly can. That being said, I will take no more than four weeks with your images.

• How many photos can I expect to receive from our time together?

Generally you can expect to receive 75 images per hour of coverage on you wedding day. In the case of a 60 to 90 minute portrait sessions (maternity and couples) I will deliver 75 images to you.

• Do you edit the photos before you give them to us?

Yes, all of the photos I deliver to you will be in high-resolution JPEG format. They will be artistically and stylistically edited for color and mood. Retouching (teeth-whitening, airbrushing, shrinking, etc.) will only take place on prints and photos you decide to order though me or if you pay me to Photoshop them. Don’t worry though, boo–if you wake up with a stress-zit on your wedding day, I will totally remove it for you. Because, you know, it’s my job to look out for you! 😉

• How will I receive my images?

You will be receiving your images via online downloadable gallery. There will be no watermarks or logos on your final images, so you can print and share them with ease!

• Will there be a travel fee associated with my session?

It really depends, if your wedding is more than 75 miles outside of the Portland metro area, there very well may be a charge, but send me all the details and we’ll talk options.

• Have you photographed my venue?

Maybe! Just ask and we’ll see! But, honestly, regardless of whether I have or haven’t, every wedding day is different, and light is always changing, so no wedding day looks the same. Good news though, you’re hiring professionals, and we will be sure to show up a little bit early to scout out the light and your location.
