Amanda and Luke got married in Bend, Oregon surrounded by their large families. Amanda and Luke met at university and immediately connected with one another. They are two kind, genuine and laid-back humans that were an absolute delight to spend time with.
I think words cannot express what a magical experience this was for us. It was a full circle moment for us in the fullest sense of the term. The groom’s sister and a brother-in-law are friends of ours and trusted us with capturing their special day about ten years ago. That was our first large wedding, and that little (or big) bit of trust is a big part of what has gotten us where we are with our business and artistry. We were just two creatives with no real clue what we were doing back then. We’re so thankful to Corey and Charles and this whole family.
Now, let’s talk about Luke and Amanda: what a pleasure it was to work with such sweet and fun-loving souls. Being with these two is so easy and joyful that it’s magic. You can truly feel their connection with and commitment to family when you’re with them and I think it shows through in the images. Plus, their party was epic with the longest conga line we’ve ever seen! ;)
